Personally, I'm getting pretty interested in VikingRock. I already knew Ultima Thule since some years, and Mjöllner and Enharjarna might be some of my favorites amongst them. But I'm a huge Glittertind-fan and I'm searching for very similar Folk/Punk/Metal bands in the vein of Glittertind. Can someone provide me any similar bands?

I really like Glittertind as well - though not so much into the whole Vikingrock genre. I have a friend who only listens to this though and I can ask him to give you some recommendations.
I always try to recommend the Swedish punk/folk/rock/pop band Dia Psalma to people outside Sweden. They became really huge in Sweden in the early nineties and they released a record that many Swedes consider a true classic - "Gryningstid". You should really look them up, but beware of their latest comeback release "Djupa Skogen" which is utter crap.

Theres a band called FEJD or FJED also .....cant remember They're called Fejd ( www.fejd.se) and have so far released 3 demos and are currently recording a full-length. A bit far off this topic though since it's far from the whole vikingrock genre. Anyway, once you get used to the vocals, they're brilliant!
