Forgotten Land arose in the spring of 2006 when Nordic Valkyrja deceided to form a band that league black metal with pagan culture.
The first line-up was:
Lord Kharm - Drum
Nordic Valkyrja - Guitar
Ulv - Vocals
Hugin - Bass
Later on, Hugin will leave the band and Forgotten Land will remain in 3 members formation for 1 year. Finally, in the summer of 2007, Forgotten Land will find OldGoblin as bassist; 2 month later, Fenrir will enter as bassist and OldGoblin will play guitar. In April 2008 is finally available the first auto-product demo "Ancient Tales From Forgotten Land", recording in January / February 2008. In the year 2009 Forgotten Land will play at Heathen Pride Festival in Spain (www.myspace.com/heathenpridefest ) with Skyforger, Volkolak, Trollfest, Minas Morgul and more bands. Their first full-length will be out in the same year ( 2009 ).
