What is the meaning or history behind your real name?

It's not important to mention my real name here, but when translated to Icelandic it's Gyrgir Fra Mosfellir. There's a small village in Iceland called Mosfellir, during viking times a farm was build in Mosfellir. People coming from Mosfellir were called Fra Mosfellir, or in english: "from the fields of moss". It's not a very common last name in my own language (dutch).

I believe the Horrocks' were an Anglo-Saxon tribe, and thus the name is in Saxon. In English it means Gray Stones, thats about all I know.
