Heyo mates, my name is Jeff, and I am from Alberta, Canada. I write reviews for Valhalla Promotions, the Heorot review is my own. I'm currently attending a music college where I'm studying jazz piano and keyboard performance. I like almost all music, but my passion lies in metal. Power metal, Viking/Folk/Pagan metal and Technical metal and metalcore are my favorites.
Blind Guardian, Ensiferum, Wintersun, Symphony X, Arkona (Rus), Helloween, Kiuas, Vintersorg, Between the Buried and Me, Spawn of Possession, Oakhelm, Elexorien, Gamma Ray, Protest the Hero, and Hibria are some favorites groups of mine.

Well then, in a few words... I'm a Music fanatic (lunatic) living in my house outside the town of Antwerp-Belgium. I like northern-mythology, art and viking-age armory, crafts and clothing. Did some things already in the past to promote several bands as I love to teach people about Music.

Greetings everyone, i'm Paulo from Melbourne, Australia and the person responsible for a band you may or may not have heard of, Annúlond. I am 28 years old and enjoy most metal apart from death and thrash. I also enjoy progressive rock and EBM though my cd collection is predominantly metal. I am also a father to a 1 year old girl named Amelie who has taken a liking to my drum kit, heh.

Hi! Henrik from Karlshamn, Sweden here. Soon-to-be 26 years old. Work as a welder/assembler. Writes lyrics (mostly in Swedish) all the time. Utterly afraid of dwarves. Dislikes most finnish metal (exceptions are Sentenced, Amorphis & Moonsorrow). Some of my favourite bands are: OTYG, Vintersorg, Falkenbach, Månegarm, Ásmegin, My Dying Bride, Garmarna, Moonspell, Borknagar, Fejd, Storm, Anathema, Marduk, the Crown, In The Woods..., Big Fish, Valkyria, Arcturus etc. I also sing and play mouth-harp in a folkmetal band called Skald. I'm a lover of good music,in particolar folk and thrash metal.
I like black metal,yes,but in my opinion beside Darkthrone,Immortal,Marduk or some other great black metal exponent,there's no other thing to listen to about black..
by the way,Darkthrone are one of my favourite bands.
I like heavy metal,hardcore punk,some country music.
my favourite bands are sodom,tankard,nuclear assault,onkel tom angelripper,mercyful fate,adrenalin o.d.,otyg,korpiklaani,first three vintersorg releases,windir,arkona,skyclad,alkonost,satyricon,darkthrone of course,beatles,dètente, early metallica,early mayhem,voivod,trollfest,einherjer,enslaved,finntroll,nazgul,rhapsody,rodovest,and so on..
I like painting and writting,I like everything is old and 'primitive',someting like happy days and black and white films..

My name's Sasan. i'm almost 17 and live near San Francisco. play guitar, long brown hair... basically like every metal head ever. i'm Persian, and i have a very high interest in Mythology, especially Norse and Finnish.
i listen to a lot of viking metal (Wintersun, Ensiferum, Moonsorrow, Amon Amarth, Thyrfing, Bathory), folk/pagan metal (Finntroll, Korpiklaani, Arkona, skyforger, Cruachan), i also like some some power metal, some death metal, and some black metal.

My name is Tristan and I live in Melbourne, Australia....everyday for the last couple of weeks the temperature has reached 40 degrees celcius (not very viking at all...)
I've recently turned 18 and I am in my last year of secondary college (high school)....next year I'm going to travel around europe and then I'll go to University and probably join the army for a bit.
I am lucky in that my heritage is tied to almost every northern European country, although any sort of national identity quickly becomes confusing. I currently own two swords and am looking at increasing my collection. I don't really have a "favourtie" band....chances are if they are metal or folk and sing about vikings I will like them!
Favourite drink: Beer (with mead, wodka and whisky close behind)
Last concert: Immortal! (bloody awesome concert)
Instrument: guitar/bass
Currently reading: Beowulf
Favourite movies: Lord of the Rings, Gladiator and Knights of the Round Table
Sport: Played AFL for most of my life but now I do boxing and martial arts

I am also a craftman working with wood, leather and other material to create original or reproduction s of heathen art from Thors'hammers to shields to armors, I run EINHERJÄR which I go to medieva/viking fests selling/trading my stuff. I should have a web site eventually, when I find someone willing to help me with that. I draw art for album covers, tapes, t-shirts, tattoos, etc. B/W I have done a fes cds to date, all Heathen material.
I have been an Odinist for over 16 years now, dedicated to the All-Father Odin. All my art is created under His inspirational Flame.
